With out flash-the black outWe live in an area that has LOTS of trees which means LOTS of leaves. I love to see all the wonderful colors but HATE raking them up. Since I can't really get around because of my cast the rest of the family has to rake and rake, poor me. That same day we had a huge windstorm which means you can't even tell they raked up the leaves. Later that night we had huge windstorm and rain. The storm made the electricity got out. Now, in the west wouldn't be a big deal but here the water is pumped out of wells, no electricity no water, no flushing toilets, no drink of water, no water. So thankfully we had no crazy bathroom ordeals.

I LOVE the trees! So beautiful! It's worth the raking, especially because you have kids to rake. It doesn't matter if you have a cast or not.
Sorry about the water. That stinks!
Y'alls yard to GORGEOUS! I want to blow up and frame that second picture and pretend I live near that instead of in Utah.

KRAZY KRISTEN!!! It is so fun to look at your blog! Your kids are so big!! I really do like the leaves...except taking care of them. :) O.K., we had a 2 day blackout here, but we had water. What a pain. Good luck with your ankle!
